At DIYWATCH Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your watchmaking journey; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unassembled condition and packaged in the original DIYWATCH Club branding to qualify for a full refund.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your watch components or kits and ship them to our designated return center using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the returned parts for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
